The deal marks a leap into cross-media for Embracer as it will have access to Dark Horse’s roster of more than 300 intellectual properties, as well as its comic book publications and television production divisions. The Swedish company Embracer Group has entered into agreements to acquire three other companies in the gaming industry, including the entertainment publisher Dark Horse Media.
